MENS PROGRAM

Discipleship Program

Our discipleship program deals with any type of life controlling issue. Examples range from abandonment, rejection, grief & loss, emotional, mental and/or physical abuse, victims of human trafficking, clear up to drug and alcohol addictions.

While going through the discipleship program, men grow in their relationship and commitment in their Christian walk. The men develop skills in a residential setting as we help our disciples understand their identity in Christ and the unconditional love of our Heavenly Father.

Our goal is to create individualized personal growth plans for every disciple seeking true freedom, in order to bring wholeness and restoration to themselves and their family.

In our program, the disciples focus on their relationship with God, themselves and their healing, while identifying and processing triggers and past traumas.

If a disciple enters our program unemployed, staff will assist, along with community programs, to help find our disciples employment,

As part of the program disciples are encouraged to obtain a Christian mentor in order to maintain accountability and help in navigating the world as a Christian.

While maintaining active employment our disciples are required to attend all scheduled class times. This is to develop the disciples consistency and discipline necessary in order to continue to grow in Christ.

Our program is a 12 month discipleship program. This is a second step program. Men who come here already have a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Men who enter our program attend church, Bible studies and church related events on a regular basis. They get jobs and serve others. They come here already with a heart for Jesus. The men who come here have a level of commitment and dedication.
